Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

There is far too many rooms and guests for two tiny pools and one hot tube. I was here in summer time with temp around 30deg and no single room is equipped with air condition, so you need to sleep with wide open windows, and listen to the pool music all night( not sure why is was on 🥺) and get bitten by mosquitoes all over body. I would not mind but not for money you pay for room.

The hotel has a great restaurant. The food is excellent and breakfast great. But the rest nothing extra. The hotel has an image of a luxurious hotel, unfortunately the reality is somewhere else. The wellness is dirty, small, staff don’t clean it properly, the floor is wet the whole day. A funny thing - stairs from the swimming pool was missing and then appeared after 4 days, but totally destroyed. The rooms look nice but you can hear everything from the other rooms and outside. The receptionist don’t speak almost any English and German and they don’t want to help, seriously they should at least know the opening hours of the restaurant. Please, clean the windows and doors everywhere, especially in wellness, keep some standards in sauna (no swimsuits in sauna), clean the swimming pools, dry the floor in the wellness every few hours and ask your staff to be nice. Then maybe your hotel will be nice place to stay.

We had a Sun-Wed stay at the end of May. Welness has a sauna, steam, inside and outside pools (warm water), outside whirlpool. Rooms have a fridge, coffee, tea, kettle. Food: breakfasts are nice, good choice, sparkling wine, but no fresh fruits on the second day. Dinner buffet was good on Sunday, but Monday's selection was worse. Overall food quality is good. Pet friendly.
